How it works

   We call property owners and managers in your area

   Every day we call properties near you and ask if they need work done. Roofing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, whatever you do.

   When someone needs your service, we book the appointment for you

   We confirm what they need and a date and time that works for you. Then we send you the details.

3. 3

   You show up and give your quote

   That is the whole deal. You pay $300 for each appointment we book, and nothing else.

Your price

• Pick how many appointments you want to start with. After those are delivered, more are billed at $300 each as they are booked.

The agreement

• You pay $300 per booked appointment. There are no other fees.
• A booked appointment is a confirmed date and time with a property owner or manager who needs your service.
• If an appointment is missed, we work with the client to reschedule it.
• Whether you win the job is up to you. We book the meeting; you close it.
• We do not share your name, pricing, or customers with anyone else.
